Cob is a natural, earthen material made up of clay, sand, and straw used to make buildings and other structures. Join us to build an outdoor cob oven at the Earle Street Garden where community members will be able to use the oven to cook pizzas and other food fresh from the garden. The build will be led by cob oven expert Matteo Lundgren and will take place over two-days. If you can only make one day, or part of a workshop, you are still welcome!
This workshop is part of the Urban Roots Workshop Series. See the full schedule here.
